Symptoms
There are many symptoms of sleep deprivation and they will vary from person to person. Just because you have some of these symptoms does not mean you are sleep deprived. But if you don't it doesn't mean that you aren't either. Some of these symptoms include;
- Excessive sleepiness
- yawning a lot
- daytime fatigue
- irritability
- fuzzy head / not being able to think straight
- moodiness and rudeness towards others
- falling asleep during the day
